A staged Odoo implementation with a public website alongside it. Phase 1 is live while the broader rollout continues.
The starting point.
Spinafix needed a useful public presence without waiting for the full system, and without overstating how much of the backend was finished. The first release covers ERP, website, portal, stock, sales and accounting.
What I built.
The Phase 1 website and catalogue structure shipped first, while the wider Odoo workflows are designed and implemented in stages the business can absorb. The public framing stays honest about what is live and what is still in build.
