3,800+ deliveries booked through the system I built. The paper trays are gone.
Spinafix
Website and ERP first release went live in six weeks, while the business kept trading.
WestFlow
Brand, website and lead system built from nothing.
The problem
Most businesses I see run on five systems and someone's memory.
Everything works on its own. The cost shows up in the gaps between them, every day, in time nobody bills for.
The fix is not another app. It is one system.
Work out what it costs you now. An hour a day re-typing details between systems is about 250 hours a year, before the quote that went out late or the job nobody booked.
01
Quotes take days because the details live in five different places
02
Leads go cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering
03
Stock says one thing, invoices say another, a spreadsheet sits in between
04
Deliveries and jobs get booked on paper, a whiteboard or someone's phone
05
You cannot trace ad spend through to booked work
This is not for you if
You want a cheap website rather than a system
Nobody on the team is willing to change how they work
You want advice to implement yourself
Proof
Systems running in Perth businesses.
Two builds where the website and the back office run as one system. Current status included, not just the finished parts.
The same record carries the work from the first click to the invoice, so nobody types the same detail twice.

In the build
Odoo, configured to your business
CRM, quoting and sales, products and stock, delivery or jobs, invoicing and accounts. Set up around the way you already run the business, not a generic template.
A custom website
Designed to look professional and built to bring in work. Enquiries and orders land in the system, not in an inbox someone has to re-type.
The workflows between them
One record carries an enquiry through to quote, stock, delivery and invoice. Repetitive steps run automatically, and with one copy of the information the mistakes that come from re-typing stop.
Your data, brought across
Customers, products and open jobs migrated, checked and reconciled before go-live.
Training and handover
Your team uses the system with your own data before it goes live, so day one is not a surprise.
Reporting you can read
The state of sales, stock and jobs visible without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet.
The six weeks
Map and lock the scope
Week 1
I map how the business runs today and we agree exactly what Phase 1 covers.
Odoo core
Week 2
CRM, products, pricing, quoting and stock configured around your workflow.
Website build and milestone demo
Week 3
The site takes shape and you see the core system working with your own data.
Workflows, migration, integrations
Week 4
The connections between site, sales, stock and accounts. Your data comes across.
Your team drives it
Week 5
Training, dry runs and fixing the friction they find before anything goes live.
Go live
Week 6
Phase 1 runs the business. The final payment is invoiced now, not before.
Six weeks covers Phase 1, the working core that runs your day to day. Later phases get scoped from what your team learns using it.
Included as well
90 days of adjustments after launch, included
Recorded training videos for your team, yours to keep
AI where it helps: drafted quote descriptions, enquiry sorting, document data entry
Builds start around A$20,000, priced exactly in your Blueprint.
40%
To book
Reserves your slot in the quarter and starts the build.
40%
Week 3 milestone
Paid when you have seen the core system working.
20%
When Phase 1 is live
Invoiced only once the system is running your business.
The guarantee
If Phase 1 is not live in six weeks, I keep working at no extra cost until it is. You do not finish paying until it is live.
This timeline has been run before. Spinafix went from locked scope to a live website and ERP in six weeks, while the business kept trading.
Capacity
I take two builds a quarter. I build the whole thing myself, so the calendar is the limit.
The questions I get asked most
What happens to the business while you build it?
Your current setup keeps running the whole time. Phase 1 goes live in one planned switch, after your team has already used it with your own data in week 5.
What if it does not fit how we work?
That is what week 1 and the Blueprint are for. The scope is mapped from your workflow before anything gets configured, and you approve what Phase 1 covers before I build it.
Why one person instead of a firm?
You get the person doing the work on every call, so nothing is lost in a handover. Odoo is open source and everything I build is documented and standard, so another developer can pick it up.
Is our data safe?
Data is migrated to your own Odoo instance, backed up before every stage, and reconciled against your current records before go-live. You own the system and the data.
What happens after the six weeks?
90 days of adjustments are included. After that you can run it yourself, call me when you need something, or scope a later phase. There is no lock-in contract.
What does Phase 1 cover?
The working core: the parts of quoting, sales, stock, delivery and invoicing that carry your day-to-day work. Anything further gets scoped from what your team learns using it.
